At Sea Bread
9 x 5 loaf pan
375 F

1 1/4 c warm water ( or 3/4 cup sea water and 1/2 cup fresh, leave out the salt)
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp yeast
2 Tbsp honey (or molasses, sugar, whatever)
3 cups flour (more or less)
2 Tbsp oil (or melted butter)

If you have regular yeast, add the yeast to 1/4 cup water. Let sit until foamy.
If you have quick or instant yeast, skip the above step.

Mix together all the ingredients until you have a slightly sticky dough that you can knead by hand.
Knead the dough in its bowl 200 times. Cover (I use an old smooth dish towel that I have rubbed flour
into)and let rise until double. Punch down the risen dough. Let rise again until double. Punch down
the dough, press into a vague oval mound and put into your bread pan. Cover and let rise until 1 inch
above the top of the pan. Place in oven and bake until brown on top and sounds hollow when tapped
on the bottom. About 45 min.
